In the demo, 20 patients wait with 3 doctors and 3 rooms. When a room frees up, Jev (TypeSafe Choice) picks the next patient based on sickest ESI level first, with ties broken by earlier arrival.
Built a 2D hospital triage demo for a talk. 20 patients wait. 3 doctors, 3 rooms. When a room frees up, Jev (TypeSafe Choice) picks who goes in next. Sickest ESI level first, ties go to whoever arrived earlier.
During live clinical consultations, an ambient scribe periodically feeds transcripts to Jev, which traverses a medical ontology to classify symptoms, update the differential diagnosis, suggest treatments, and flag red flags in real time.
The author demonstrates how to triage a patient to the right doctor using only TypeSafe AI's Jev model and some question-asking code, noting that no LLM is used during the conversation.
A developer shares building a calorie tracking app with Jev, highlighting its instant experience.
