Jev-powered Gmail mail classifier CLI

A command-line tool that reads Gmail through himalaya, asks TypeSafe's Jev (System One) model over OpenRouter to classify each thread, then applies the result as Gmail labels and colours. It is dry-run by default, idempotent, and uses no state file.
